On Friday, September 7, 2018, Bishop Knestout celebrated the Rite of Candidacy at Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Richmond, VA. Seventeen men of the Diocese of Richmond took this important step in their formation for the permanent diaconate.
